Starting issues

I have a 2005 GT with with aftermarket exhaust and C&L intake with predator tune. When I go to start the car specially when cold it has a tough time starting and the idle jumps all over the place from basically nothing to over a 1000 RPMs. It seems to be getting worse.

I have reinstalled my tune. Taken the tune out and nothing changes. Do I need to do a tune up?

Need more info.....but the first 2 things to rule out would be the condition of the battery and sparkplugs.

It is a new battery but I think I am just going to change the spark plugs and see what happens. The car has 66k miles so they shouldn't need to be changed but I am not sure what else it could be.

Thats a good place to start. Good luck getting them out, I guess you
have heard about the 2 piece spark plugs in these cars?

Look at the TSB list link in the thread started by Black 07 GT.
Its on this page. About halfway down the list you will
see the spark plug removal procedure.
