Starting problems

I have a 92 5.0L in my Jeep. Lately when i start it COLD it revs up to 2,000 rpms and holds there for about 10 seconds. If i start it HOT it won't start unless i hold down the gas pedal. I don't get any codes from the computer, anyone have any ideas?

Is the throttle stop adjusted properly?
Where does it idle when hot and with no load?

My truck was doing this and it turned out to be the ECT. Basically that sensor went and the computer kept the choke on. Changed it out and it ran like a dream.
