staying na with basic bolt on 01gt which cams VT comp etc

I am leaning more towards the VT just from the research I have done. Anybody have any other suggestions other then comp or VT. Which would be better for me wanting to keep my car na with just the basic boltons. I am planning a p&p and a aftermarket intake but that wont we for another year or so till I save the money so I just decided to do cams now. Where can I get the best prices on these and how much does an install normally cost. Thanks for any help.
