Steeda power pack , skip shift?

Looking at the Steeda CAI /power pak with the SCT X3 does this eliminate the Skip shift like the FRPP one?

I know the Evolution Performance one removes skip shift.

I called those folks up to order a cat back exhaust and he pitched me the intake plus tune, as well. I haven't decided if I'm going to get it yet.

I'm pretty sure everybody eliminates the skip shift.

Just unplug the connector, skip shift goes away.

Skip the Skipshift !!!

My 5.0 has a steeda tune & I have the SCT tuner. Im not sure which tune the car has as i bought it this way. Im guessing it has the 93 octane tune.
Skip shift still gets in the way sometimes. I never know when its going to hit fourth when im trying to go to second.
If anyone knows how to check to see if skip shift has been turned off with the SCT, I'd like to know. Or how to do it myself.
I will probably just unplug it. I know how to find fourth gear just fine on my own.... FORD !!!!!!!
