Steeda springs any good?

Yep, I got them as well. I like them, lowered the car nicely 
I do feel a small amount more road vibration and all in the pedals and seat though. I expected to feel more vibration though so I wasnt like what the crap.
Only problem I had was that the steering shaft was slightly touching my Long Tube. I did Springs, C/C Plates, and new Rack Bushings all at the same time. Apparently the new bushings altered the geometry of the rack more than expected thus causing the steering shaft to tap it. I got a TON of vibration from this and it made it difficult to turn as well. Put the car on the lift and moved the engine mounts over some and presto no more touching. Car looks great and ride quality is very close to stock.
My problem was the first time the shop has seen this happen so I dont think you would have this problem. It had an easy fix, it was just an annoyance.
