steering adjustment question

love my steeda sport springs, but i did notice today when i had the wheel cut hard to get into a parking spot, there was like a thump. do i need to adjust something, i already had the car aligned, is there like a steering stop or something i can adjust? only does it when wheel is cut really hard to the right.
