Steering wheel....advice

IMO, if you stick with the black camera finish dash and glove box, i'd go with a black wheel, and a console with the black/chrome inserts.
If you plan on upgrading to the deluxe interior group (aka pony interior) then I'd go with a wood grain wheel.
No "grey area" in your car, it's all black and white!
If done as a complete package (including door handles and console) the wood grain would really look sweet.

Definitely agree with what he said but it's all a matter of taste isn't it . Go with what's appealing to you... it's easy to change if you change your mind. Now deciding what headers to put on a 351 in a 66...that's something to ponder...cause that's a b%$#ch to change...lol.

I'm gonna vote for the factory wood-grain wheel also, simply beautiful in design and execution.
