Steering wheel vibration is still there!! Help!!

I just purchased new rims and new tires, had them balanced and mounted and an alignment done. I am still getting the bad vibration in the steering wheel at around 50-65mph. I was getting this same vibration with my old tires and rims. So I can eliminate it being a tire, rim, alignment, or balancing problem. I don't think it would be the rotors because if it was I would feel it only when applying the brakes, right?? What else could it be?? Wheel bearings, U-joints?? How hard are those to check and fix? What do those cost?? This is really driving me nuts!! Someone please help me with this!! I searched and never really found anyone announcing that they found the answer to this..

I'll give these ideas a shot. I don't know about the stuts though. How would that cause vibration in the steering wheel at certain speeds?

No one has any comments about the u-joints or wheel bearings?

I think I solved the problem!! I took it to Pep Boys and told them to turn my rotors which they swore up and down, would not fix the steering wheel vibration while driving, not braking. Anyways I told them to do it anyways. He could only turn them so much because they are already close to needing replaced. So we decided to turn them as much as he could instead of getting new ones because I will get slotted and cross drilled if I ever replace them. Anyhow after he finished he told me to take it down the road and come back to tell him how it was. I did that and the vibration was like 90% less than it was. So , it probably would be totally eliminated if I were to replace the rotors since he couldn't turn them as much as he wanted to. I don't know maybe it's in my head because I wanted it to be fixed so bad or maybe I am just hitting a lucky streak for now. Maybe it could act up the next time out with the car. All I know is that it didn't do it all the way home on the highway.
