Steering wheel

How hard is it to change the steering wheel in my 88 to one from 94-04? Just that one bolt or more to it, also what parts if there is any, orther than the obvious wheel and airbag(or airbag delete)? thanks

I have done that before and it wasnt to hard, there is a bolt in the middle holding the steering wheel in, you just un-screw the bolt not all the way!! then you pull on it till you hear it pop out.... For the cruise controls to work, If you have CC, you just cut the wires and follow the wires on the 88 one...

the only problem with the 94-04 wheel is that there will be a gap, if you had a 90-93, then that would be fine, since they have air bags, and it would plug and work too...
