To recap, this miss problem has been on going for six months, at least, now.
There is a code 44 and 94 in the EEC. It passes the cly bal test. Timing is 12, idle is 800 and smooth. Vacumn is between 12 and 13 no more no less. The fuel pressure is 39#. It is a brand new E303 Ford crate motor. No miss before installition. Every sensor that can be replaced has been, some more than once. The car has been to the local Ford shop and to a couple local fix-it shops. Everyone has an idea but no one has a remedy. The miss is worse at low rpm's and the car runs very strong and the miss is not as noticeable at speed. This is my sixth Ford crate motor instalation and the other five ran perfectly. I don't know why the 44 and 94 are present because they have new parts too. I don't believe they would cause the miss however.
Any suggestions? I got a suggestion from someone that the alt could not be suppling enough voltage at low rpm's, so I just installed a NEW one and it did not make any difference.
Still need suggestions..............

the code 44 and 94 are just part of emissions it looks like. Do you have that stuff hooked up? Catted H-pipe?

I have a sort of miss like you describing and some emissions related codes. Ive tried lots of things, but Im going to try new o2 sensors next.

Did you happen to replace those?
Anyone know if you can clean them to try and "check" for results?
