Hey i was wondering, what times do 04 cobras do stock?

They normally run within a tenth or less of the '03's.

if it has 4.10's or 4.30's is it still considered stock? i've seen Machs with 4.30 gears run 13.30's.

Anywhere from low 13's to mid-high 12's. If I had to pull out a number I'd say 12.8 pure, off the showroom stock.
