I will be putting a blower on my stang soon but I am trying to figure out how much will the stock internals(including Transmission) take before I start breaking stuff. 99% of the time is done off the track. One of my co-wokers has a GTS with 150 shot of NOS and he said that he has launched around 3000rpm under spray about 9 times now and have seen no problems with anything. Clutch still works fine Everything. I am worried that the internals will not hold up. I plan on having 6psi and water/methanol injection. Some Dyno's I have seen measure 410 rwhp with this set up. I am not sure if it was really all stock, but that is what the shop manager said. If you do the calculation of 17% drive terrain loss (found on web) that comes out to 492 bhp. That is a lot for a stock set up. What do you think. Or does all this sound fishy.

Now if you free up your exhaust a little, and up the boost a little and you will be around your 400rwhp which should hold up with a good tune. The key is your tune though, if you get a risky tune then 300rwhp will blow your motor. Get a pro to tune it and you could safely run 410+rwhp. Personally though, I'm gonna keep mine around 370 when mine comes in just to be safe..
