Noobi question - Just swapped out stock suspension and have a pile of parts as one would expect. From my other vehicles, I've learned to be careful about dumping stock parts. And I realize that front struts probably don't need to be saved for posterity. But just in case, is there any residual value in saving these cores? Or should I just put them out for the Metal Guy on Sunday night.

Thanks as always,

Greg

If they are good condition you could always throw them up on Craigslist and make a little money back. If not scrap 'em.

Cool - Thanks! I wasn't thinking about freight offsetting any marginal value. And I've sold stranger things than that on Craigslist.

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

There is a butt for every seat.. Used struts for your car will likely sell quickly when priced right on the craigslist
