Stock hangers

Is the stock h-pipe supposed to have hangers near the back end? I don't have any right now, neither does my BBK x-pipe. Maybe that's why it sags where it meets the MagnaPacks. It has been a big problem for me.

So, should the x-pipe have had a hanger, too?
