Stock intake hose replacement?

Are there any cheap (Like < $50) replacements for the stock piece of junk rubber intake tube? I figured it wouldn't be too hard to make one with PVC or something for $10 but I wouldn't mind spending $50 for a nicer made product. Somehow I don't think it exists.

Oh, I know I'm being really cheap but the upper intake, throttle body, and MAF kit cost so much I don't and can't really spend much more

And if nothing around $50, anyone have that link to the How To make your own cold air pipe with Home Depot supplies?
