Stock Valve Springs&f303 Cam?

I have to cams the e and f 303... with that being said i have stock vavke springs...but they are brand new...the motor is a 306 with rebuilt stock heads and

The F is .512" lift and will likely make your values float. The E cam is .498" lift and I've seen them run fine on stock heads with stock valve springs.

why would you run that cam with stock E7 heads?

I just bought the 306 and that was in it...thats why i asked because i figured the same thing...but i have a e cam...thanks for the reply
