Alright, heard it a thousand times, if I want LOUD, go with an offroad midpipe. Only problem is I live in California and running no cats here is worse than murder.
Question : Would my setup (see sig) sound considerably louder if I had the two farthest cats (the ones closest to the mufflers) chopped off and welded in a pair of high flow ones?...yes I know that technically by CA law, cutting off the OEM cats if the vehicle is under 8years/80000 miles is a no no...but would this be enough to "wake up" my exhaust note even more? Or would I need to do something about those pre cats as well?
Thanks
