Im assuming there is a clear coat on my black chrome FR500s and it looks like its peeling in one spot. Maybe a rock hit it and started the process but its starting to spread. Any ideas on how to stop it? I was thinking of masking it off and spraying it with some clear but I'm sure it wont look that great. I guess it would be better than it peeling more though.

I emailed the place I got them from to see what kind of warranty they have since Ive only had them 6 months or so. I read on some other sites that people said use a clear coat over them but Ill wait to see what the place I got them from says first.

It's hard to say if it would look good, but it would give better protection from spreading more if you masked, and re cleared that spot.
When i had my stock Bullitt rims,i scrapped a curb very lightly with one rim,but enough to scratch the rim edge pretty good, what i did was sanded it down, masked the area off,and re cleared the spot with rattle can clear coat. But it was on the a none painted area,so it was hard to tell.

So I tried contacting them via email to 2 different addresses with no response. Then I tried calling and was on hold with a message saying "you are caller number 3 with a hold time of 2 minutes" for about 10 minutes. Then it said the person at this number is not available and if I wanted to leave a message. Something tells me they don't want to hear about problems.
