I've been researching the Stoptech kit for my Bullitt and haven't found an answer to my question about using the standard 13" rotor with the Stoptech caliper. Will that work?

They are the same size but the ST rotor is thicker (per the template from the website)

And I've never seen a price for the rotor replacement for the 2 piece kit. What do they run? $50? $100?

Since I run aggressive pads that eat rotors, I can stand $40 or so per rotor for replacement.
