Strange door lock issue

I believe it is the switch, but I want to get some other opinions before I drop $40 on the switch.

Both door locks open & close correctly from the driver switch. From the passenger switch, they act like they aren't getting enough juice. They make a strange noise, then slowly open & close after a few seconds. I used a test light and both sides of the switch are getting power.

Is it possible that the switch is still bad & barely putting power to the actuators? I know it doesn't make much sense - but I can't figure out why both actuators work fine with the other switch?

The contacts inside the switch are probably dirty. I don't know if it's able to be disassembled, but it's worth a shot, to try and see. You might get lucky and fix it on the cheap, without replacing the switch.
