Strange electrical problem?

I have a '99 GT with an HID headlight kit that came installed when I bought the car but the problem I'm having is that sometimes the odometer goes dim and the numbers start to flicker and occasionally my windshield wipers will turn on one time and then back off. Could this be a problem related to the relay used to power the HIDs being wired incorrectly or something else?

I think the wiper issue is the multifuntion switch.. that is common, I will have to get back to you latter after looking at the wiring diagram to see if it will also cause the flickering..
