strange ticking noise

i first noticed it last night but could hear it all night tonight. usualy when i take off from a stop sign its sounds like its coming from the drivers side. Almost sounds like a cv joint on a FWD car going bad. I looked under the car tonight and didnt see anything draging or loose. Any ideas?

Oil pump on the way out
Rockers
Lifters
bent pushrod

OR card in the spokes.

Exhaust leak maybe? Does it get louder under load?

Does it get faster with engine speed (RPMS), or with vehicle speed??

usualy i can only hear it when im leaving a stop sign so it would be faster with both. It might be a leak, i did notice that one of the header bolts was loose on the pass. side...
