Stroked or not???

I wouldn’t.

The general guidance from this article is sound, has a section on stroking mod motors: http://www.enginelabs.com/features/clearing-up-mod-motor-misconceptions-with-john-mihovetz/

The mod motor makes power best with boost and RPM. With how small the difference in power is I would rather the piston travel less distance and instead focus on increasing airflow / redline.

If you are trying to squeeze all the juice out of a NA motor you would probably produce the best numbers with aggressive cams / a stroke kit / bore it and spin it to the moon (those trickflow heads like rpms). Otherwise if an aggressive NA motor is not your goal - like I said before - I’d skip the stroke kit, forge the internals, and focus on increasing RPM / improving airflow / getting more boost in there.
