so i recently sold my dirtbike for 7,000 and now i want to do something with my mustang, should i go with an STS turbo or a supercharger for my 2010 v6??
any advice or experience with these would be awesome
I'd say if you want a Turbo, don't do the STS, just go for a Turbo mounted up front because the STS are notorious for massive lag and having issues with the tubing. One of their biggest issues is that they're in the back, so they heat up the exhaust, and once there is a leak you have to weld, or replace or whatever, plus the turbo lag is even worse. Save yourself the hassle and buy a turbo charger, intercooler, piping, and everything else you need (Tune, Fuel Management, etc.), or find someone who can build one for you, or just go with a Supercharger. I hear the Prochargers and X-Chargers are the best to go with, though I've never heard issues with Vortech.
