Hey guys and gals.
Issue with my 84 Fox hatch passenger door glass. The motors are good having inspected the gears and replaced the rollers. The problem is the glass goes most of the way up until about 1 finger width from the top. The problem was there before I changed the run channel from the original and is still there now I have new run channel. I've tested the regulator arm and it goes further than without the glass. The glass goes all the way up without the run channel. The problem is with the glass I'm thinking because it is a replacement glass. My question is anyone heard of glass being over sized in terms of width or otherwise bend etc? The driver door glass replacement from the same donor works fine. It seems the width of this glass is the issue and stops it going up rather than the curve of the glass. Any ideas would be great. The
