alright guys, i've got a bunch of pics of my build up for my sub box. im putting 2 10's in my car with 1.5 cubic feet a piece. the gross volume is 4.67 cubes, and its 11.5 high x 34.5 wide x 26.5 deep. i know i know its not a performance mod, but i think im swaying from that idea.

Looks like a good job building. Little big for me, I need more room in my trunk. I have a single 12 in mine but havent figured out how to mount it.

none taken, long story short, my first car stereo was Xplod, no problems with it, 2nd car stereo was Xplod, still no problems, and now this one, why switch if satisfied, I wanted a decent system, nothing obnoxious and super loud, just a little kick in the trunk.

i guess me being an audiophile i would see it different, but hey if you like it then why spend more??? i got a STEAL on the subs im running. I got them in a group buy from the company for 274 shipped for the pair!!!! i was stoked! the amp im running cost me 350 but i see that as a fair price as its 1200 watts, and actually puts that much clean power out. all in all ive been through i believe 4 setups in this car, and hoping this one is the last. im saving up for a truck that im not far from getting and working on it is my deal next. air ride/body drop/20's all that good stuff. getting back to my roots. Ill prolly run 8 8's in that truck ported and all, i dont like the "normal" setups. i was going to run 4 8's in the mustang but it cost a lot more than the 10's

I run 1 IDQ12 in mine. Its in a 1cf box and its stil a pain to mount. No matter where it is its still hanging a little over the spare tire. I have a 400w amp pushing it and it is plenty loud. I like to think i am and audiophile also. I am still dealing with the front stage. Looking for of those stock front 8" speaker covers.

how is 1 cubes a pain to mount? u dont have to pull up the whol cardboard piece that covers the tire. cut the cardboard under the carpet where your box endsit will fold up at that line and u can pull ur tire out.

It fit great in my 99 but the trunk is a lot different in the 05. I am just having a problem finding a good spot for it. The sape of the box doesnt fit snug in the corners so it hangs out over the cardboard. Its not a pain to get the spare just to mount lol
