Can anybody recomend a SubFrame Connector kit for my '85 GT HB? I don't race, just want to stiffen up the body. Don't want to spend a fortune. Thanks.

As always, you can't go wrong with any MM products.

Note: The car MUST be level ans the suspension MUST be under load when the subs are welded in.

Also, make sure that any subframe you get has seat supports.

+1 for MM.
I got the blue oval pieces off ebay for dirt cheap. They were definitately an improvement, but I wish that I had sprung for the MM subframes instead.

I use the Global West subframes on my '86. They were relatively cheap to buy and stiffened the car up significantly.

Here is what i got on my Capri. The car sees some track but is mostly street driven. Mine are welded and yes you can feel the difference. I am not sure what MM feels like but I do know these made a huge difference on my launch and handling.
