subframe connectors

Can someone please give me the dimensions of their subframe connectors, i want to see if i can make my own. thanks,

There are some plans on this site http://www.oldwestracing.com/articles/subconn/subs.htm I made my own based on these plans and the Mathis book "Mustang Performance 2".You might want to add a brace to strengthen the seat bolt area as well.
