PITTSBURGH in '05. Played all 3 games on the road playing the #1, #2, and #3 seeded teams and beating them all. Then won the Superbowl. That had never been done before.

Thats cool! Take your "moral victory"! I will enjoy my Pats beating Green Bay at the show!

Eli hasen't proved anything to anyone! He has not had a chance to "win" the game like his brother has done so many times. Put in on the board; The Giants are going down hard this week!

Dude your an idiot.. seriously...

They were never really picked to go to the playoffs... when they started winning and squeaked in, everyone said tampa would kill them.. guess what they won fool... That right there PROVES to me Eli stepped up, and won one.. Dont care what you say... Secondly they said dallas would destroy them... Guess what,, giants won.. again eli PROVING he can win..

Thats enough for me.. Sorry im not a bandwagon fan jumping on the pats train with you . Born a g-men fan, die a g-men fan no matter how rough the road is..

PS.. Eli has had a passer rating over 100 the past 3 games.. (including New England, where they put up a VALID fight and that game could have been WON by the giants.. OH forgot, Eli had a higher passer rating the Brady in that game )

One thing Redline will deny but everyone knows this is true:

Should the Giants beat a very good Green Bay team this Sunday, Redline will be sweating bullets for the next 2 weeks. I fully expect him to step up his foolhardy posts about the NY Giants but he will be really worried about this one.

It looks like Eli is a good, solid calm/cool/collected QB under big-time pressure in the playoffs. What better test of a QB's meddle than to go into Dallas for a major playoff game and play very well and beat a media hyped excellent team. 2 TD's no picks is pretty darn good. Now the kid has to face off against a hall of famer QB next week. I hope he can keep up the good job he has done since he played against the Pats in week 17.

I guess the 80 something yard drive and touchdown in 46 seconds didn't show anything either?

ummm thats just it, he's a young QB and has been this successful.. every season as a started so far in his career he has brought the g-men to the playoffs.. Showing your ignorance again .. Sure he hasn't had the prettest road, and he has been inconstant and up and down, but as far as you taking shots at the giants, really it doesnt matter, because he has ALREADY proved you and others wrong. They have won the "impossible" games, and came the closest to beating your precious pats then any other team. if by some miracle they get past green bay.. in the frozen tundra of lambeau field,, you and your pats will most definatly have to start worring...

right looks like they are on the NFC championship... so much for him being an average QB Averaged QB's don't to the the playoffs EVERY SINGLE SEASON so far since their career has started..

Last time i checked, we had you guys beat and gave you one HELLLL of a game.. Don't think we wont do it again if we have the chance.. All talk yet in that game Eli had a better passer rating then brady Your arguments are weak at best....

blah, blah, blah...this is my thread denouncing Redline for his un-justified bashing of the Giants.

Last time I checked they were better than 14 other teams in the NFC...so you can say what you want.

Bad quarterbacks don't make it to the championship game; period. If they did, then I'd expect to see teams like the Bears in the playoffs...great team, lots of talent, terrible QB. If they had a good QB, they'd be a huge threat...same thing with Baltimore; their QB problems this year killed them.
