Although if he just wants pure loudness and to be hated by pretty much everyone within earshot of him, he should get the LM1s. The only thing louder is probably open headers.

I've got a pair of 10 series Flows dumped before my rear axle. In front, I've got an offroad Prochamber. I think it sounds pretty decent. I'm thinking of actually throwing some 3.5" tips on the car for next summer to change the tone up a bit.
