Hello! Mrvax's Mustang has almost 100k miles on it. I want to keep the car for a while longer and it runs well.

What reasonable price suspension kits are out there? I'd like new struts & whatever it takes to get that new car ride back. The car never sees the track and I do not street race. Sometimes I go crazy at...

I believe StangNet's ownership used to have a company that sold this type of kit. Maybe MRT or something like it? I'd like to help StangNet by buying their kit if it's a competative price.

Suggestions? Prices? How much to install? Thanks a lot!

i'd go with the Bullitt suspension if i had a '94-98

drops the car about an inch, new Tokico's, bigger swaybars no need for CC plates and it's only around $500

i was originally planning on the MRT kit (couple bucks more, no swaybars) but found out the springs they use are linear and fairly aggresive, good for cutting corners but not something i want in my daily driven stang. seems like a nice setup though

On Stangsuspension, the kit is 500 bucks. It seems like a really really good deal.

Edit: Because in pictures, it still looks like the Bullitt could use a drop.

This is so true. Add that to the fact that the site's owner has been trying to ban me for years. Since he had some trouble doing it, he made me a "super-moderator" by accident. If I shoot him an email now, he might have to dock his yacht and come after me. Better off letting sleeping dogs lie or something like that.

Thanks for all the suggestions! The Bullet system looks good. Hopefully I'll get a few more ideas and place an order sometime next week.

Anyone have a ball-park idea what this may cost for install? What sort of a shop would do it? Thanks again. Hi Tom!

Cheap as possible? or no limit spending?

http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=275 cheap, and slightly better than "brand new stock"

If you want to one-up that, get the street/race Pro3i LCAs

as for install that'll depend where you go, could be done for $100's-$300's, depending on shop

The Bullitt kit looks like a great value. Shipping is $72.

Does anyone here have this kit installed? Can you compare it to stock? Thanks again.
