I need a cheap exhuast system seeing as how I want to get my car on the road and the exhaust is currently rusted out all teh way back to pretty much the exhaust manifolds. I'm on a college student budget and cant spring for headers yet so I want something that bolts right up to the stock manifolds. I know Summit has a cheap system but it keeps saying stuff about headers, anyone know if this will work or of a comparitvely priced (under 150) system that bolts up to the manifolds? thanks!

No. I saw where a guy asked Summit, and they said yes, but when he installed it, it wasn't even close! Turns out it's setup to fit with headers! He was, of course, pissed.

It might work. Did you read the instruction sheet? Here is an imprtant note from it. You might have to fab together some pieces to make it fit...flex pipe, or something.

***
NOTE: this kit will not bolt directly on vehicles with headers that exit not parallel to the drive shaft (angled exit). Modifications will be necessary for those with the angled exit type header.

Just use your student loans to pay a shop to do it...or buy the summitt kit with the headers for 250.

Found this for a bolt in ($200) but if you can do headers and summit for 250 I'd do that
