summit one-wire alternator

i just bought a 100amp summit one-wire alternator to put on the 66 stang. i need some help on hooking it up. the pwer wire from the alternator just needs to go to the battery doesn't it? what else can i get rid of?

Yes, only the one wire to the battery. But you can also get rid of all the wires that are or were attached to the old voltage regulator. Or you can leave them for a stock look. Up to you.
