Supercharger install deal Tell me what you think please

I posted this in SVT tech but got no responses so I am trying it here. This is a shop near where I live. Take a look and tell me if this looks like a reasonable deal. Also if the equipment they have is good. I know very little about these things and need some feedback. Thx guys and gals.
