So I found this while trolling craigslist today. Could it be made to work with our 5.0's?

There are some guys on the Corral who have fabricated systems to make the Eaton M112 and 122 work with the 302. One guy was selling kits at some point, but I don't know if that is any longer the case.

It can, but other than being different than everyone else it's not really worth it.

Unless you are a very proficient welder and machinist it is way too much work, easier to strap on a 76mm and let it rip

Why not? It's an inexpensive and inventive way to get into PD blowers. They are not as efficient as some of the aftermarket blowers, but they'll definitely make power (as evidenced by the GT500).

Maybe it's just me, but having looked at that set up for a little while I just don't get that warm fuzzy feeling.

Yea it's not for everyone, and some of the setups I've seen have been pretty hack. Some are legit though, like AlexLTDLX on the Corral, who's been mid 10s with an M112 huffing through a pretty basic stock block combo (which he eventually broke, haha).

I don't know why, but I'm not really a fan of the centrifugal type blowers. I really like the look of these types of blowers. Just interesting to see if it is even possible, even if it is way out of my price range.
