Supercharger shopping, killing me!

Will someone please explain why on Gods green Earth the supercharger setup for a '94 gt is over a thousand clams more than for a '93??????

becuase there is no A-trim, SC-trim, or novi 1000 kit for the 94-95 only S-trim, SQ, and Novi 2000 kits

Ok. Forgive a newby to the sn95 market but, why not? Why could you not use the same kit? Suposedly the same engine except the elbow on the manifold.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the brackets are different on the fox mustangs than the sn95's

Well for some reason Summit lists the 86-93 V-2 S-trim for $2557. The 94-95GT V-2 S-trim is $3552. One year ago I bought my V-2 kit for $3100. I guess the 94-95 kits are becoming more popular and therefore the higher price.

They got to rip you off when they can ...

Anyhow, if you are good with metal and fabrication, and have a welder, you could always buy the Fox kit and make all your own bracketry.

If you CAN find just the 94/95 vortech brackets you can buy an A trim headunit and stick it on there. The brackets are hard to find by themselves though. I dont see a reason to get an entry level blower though.. You can find used s trims for under 2k all day long.

Ok i did some looking around for you and you are right there is deffently a price difference but Fourvalve.com has the lowest prices for superchargers....also i e-mail jim several times about this and he say he will beat any price so i would give them a try.
