Supercharger ?

Hey guys...

What is the difference between a supercharger rotating:

Counterclockwise

and

Clockwise

one works with your car, and one doesn't.

























Seriously though, most kits for our car are counter-clockwise rotation (as thats the way our serpentine belt rotates when looking at it from the front).

If a centri were to rotate clockwise on our car it'd be a impeller and i'd put it in our turbo jetski, lol

Well, its an impeller already haha, then there is the compressor side... Anyway...

Yeah so clockwise rotation blower kits face the OPPOSITE way for our cars (inlet duct towards the firewall) - I've never seen a kit like this for a mod motor, but I know some fox kits were setup like this.

just curious about why alot of the blowers list as clockwise or counter...

Just think about the belt setup. The belt rotates counterclockwise around the blower pulley, so it makes sense for the impeller to rotate the same.
