I am purchasing a vortech v-3 sci supercharger kit for my ride and it has underdrive pulleys on the engine will i have to change the crank pulley back to the stock pulley? or will this have no effect on boost,i am new to the supercharger stuff.

I don't know much about vortechs or centrifugals but i thought the Vortechs came with a new crank pulley

it does but it bolts to the other crank pulley on the engine because the supercharger runs on its own belt.and i do believe the crank pulley is smaller on the underdrive pulley kits that u buy.

I went back to the stock pulley sizes when I installed my blower,think you'll have to,wouldn't want to slow down the water pump with the increased heat of the blower.The crank pulley is a 1 piece unit.Not sure how it would work with underdrive water pump and alt pulleys.Just installed an alum radiator and 3" cowl hood and it runs alot cooler already.
