Hello im thinking about lowering my vert a couple of inches... i dont want it to be too low but i want it to look better. I know nothing about suspension so i need advice from you guys. Tell me what all i need for front and rear.
I have an idea but, what are caster/camber plates for? thanx for your help guys

For the vert, I would go with Eibach's "Pro" springs.

I would also install some full-length Maximum Motorsports sub frame rails, would help the vert.

I would plan on doing everything at once.
Rear suspension
-springs
-upper and lower control arms
-Bilstein, tokico, or Edelbrock shocks.
-either new pan-hard bar or new sway-bar.
-New KYB(company) quad shocks.

Front suspension
-springs(Eibach pros)
-control arms
-struts(bilstein, tokico, edelbrock)
-front lower and upper sway bar.
-CC plates. These help to align your front suspension so that your tires won't be flexing inwards or outwards. It just makes it easier to adjust the front-end alignment.

I would go with Maximum Motorsports for everything that I listed without a manufacture.

I would do it all at once, if you can. Makes a world of difference.

Good luck! :nice:

thanx for all the info i greatly appreciate it. Would all this be good for just a 1.5 front and 1.75 rear drop?
Post up your verts' setup and how much $ u spent on it

if you have that funds you caaan do that but if you're on a budget, do like me. i bought the whole suspension setup for, well let's do the math

*new*Eibach sportlines(2"drop) ($150)
*new*Tokico struts/shocks ($170)
*new*JD's U/L Control Arms ($150)
*used* Steeda Al C/C plates ($100)
Total = $720

I wouldn't worry too much about the sway bars, the stock ones will do just fine or do like me and leave them off. But what I would recommend are the subframe conncetors, those will do a lot more than sway bars. I need to get a set of those, especially since we drive verts. if you want to know where i got my parts, let me know.
