suspension guru's...help

my stang is riding like @$$hole.... the right rear shock is frozen and the front is riding ****ty, the clamp that holds the stabilizer bar on the right was snapped so i had to replace that....still rides like a$$ though ....i need some help on picking out a nice well rounded setup for the stang.....this will most likely be the last step to making the stang mechanically sound before i spend money on some more mods and much needed cosmetic work....the stang is driven daily even through the new england winter....it will be a street machine always, and i may deicide to give it some track duty a couple times a year but nothing major, i want it to be mid to low 13's' car on street rubber (555r's).....im looking for a setup that will give me good enough grip in a straight line, but also be able to carve corners on the street, and not be to harsh for a daily driver.....would lowering it with a set of new springs and a pair of fresh shocks help me out, do i need subframes, control arms, strut brace??? any advice to help me hook up will be apreciarted

yah true foxes dont ride good but mine is pretty bad... i was thinking about gettin the tockico package that was featured in the july 5.0 mag....it includes 1" lowering spings and shocks all around for $469 starting...is this a good deal???
