I have a 2010 mustang V6 premium with 6K miles. I have noticed a rattle/knocking noise coming from what I think is the right passenger side suspension when going over bumps, especially when turning onto an elevated surface. I plan on taking it to the dealer to have it checked out soon, but wondered if anyone else had experienced this issue with their 2010.

Also, my brakes squeal (loud) when rolling through traffic and coming to a complete stop, mainly in cooler temperatures. They don't seem to make noise in the hot heat.

I would call the suspension knocking noise probably the damper on the right front. The stock dampers(shock under the coil spring) are weak. Mine was also making the knocking noise before I installed Eibach Pro Kit springs. It took about a week for the right front damper to totally give out. If you decide to upgrade your suspension, I would install both springs and dampers or coil overs. But good luck with your dealership "hearing" the noise. Now I have the whole Pro Kit installed on all four corners, and she is tight!:nice:

There is a TSB for "front end chuckle." It's basically the upper strut mounts that are ghetto. I had them replaced on my 2007. THEN...I found a TSB for the lower control arms. The ball joints are ghetto on those too...had to pay $ to have them replaced because I was out of warranty. Look for those two TSBs and your problems should be solved.
