I recently moved to the an area of town with a lot of potholes and the car feels like is going to come apart

The suspension right now is very stiff and because I'm not planning to take the car to the track I was wondering if there is anything that I could do to make it more "city friendly".

what do you guys suggest?

thanks! it's a 01 GT / conv.

If it is still the stock suspension you could throw some V6 coupe springs on it and it will soften the ride a little, but mustangs aren't known for a comfortable ride. Those springs will probably lower it a little also, so not sure if that is an option you have thought about.
