Suspension questions (Struts&Springs)
I am looking to install my caster camber plates soon, but i wanna lower my front end ( an inch would be fine ) , and my pap says that i might as well get some struts while i'm getting springs, so my question is what brand, struts and shocks do you guys recomend? i want to stay under the $800 range including install, I also dont mind buying shocks/springs for the rear if you guys recomend doing the whole car (front/rear suspension) at the same time. I want a streetable car, that can handle speed bumps without pissing me off, yet i want to turn like train (you know what i mean). My car has a strut tower brace on right now, and thats it really. is it better to go with the same brand for everything? what about tire clearance? i dont want anything to rub.
also, would this be a hard install? I dont have time to really install it myself so i think i will go to a local mustang shop and get a quote, unless u guys think its easy to put on struts, or something and have someone else install springs & CC plates..or what ever
