I was wondering if I need to get new springs if I get new struts(just out of curiosity)? I was looking into lakewood 70/30s or 90/10s, which is better? Which spring has a nice drop but has good weight transfer? and about subframes, is their any tubular full lengths out there. I heard they are good because they do not twist like triangular and others. and for the last question, if I get a tubular front sway bar, does that replace the stock one?if so, how much weight do you think I'll save?
thanks alot!!

sorry I cant help too much with the spring setup, I run Eibach's and love them. but It is very difficult to impossible to use knowledge to determine what you run because it is all based on the driver.

I understand that but i have a 4r70w, so my shifts will be very quick, but my launch will not be as good. But i will be more consistant than a 5 speed.Damn i need a torque converter though, a 3200 stall sounds reeeal nice.

Lakewoods are nice. 70/30's are geared more towards the street driven car, but I've driven a stang with 90/10's on the street wit no problems and don't forget you 50/50's for the rear if you haven't already. Eibach drags are great but for less $$$ you could go with the Laurel Mountain Mustang Drag Springs($175). As for subframes Steeda makes a nice set of Chrome Moly tubular subframes for like $110.00. I think I will be going with the KB extreme subs.
