Well, it depends on what you want to do.
You will get a 1.0 compression bump using PI heads but stock SVO heads far outflow stock PI heads. You will be able to run more timing with a PI head swap as it is a fast burning head compared to the SVO. Either head, I would use the PI intake. Trade offs for a N/A application. The SVO head will need some work done to run higher lift cams if that is a option as well.
If you want the best flowing head and are willing to build a N/A motor around it, the SVO would the way to go. Just a basic headswap, probably the PI.
SuperCharger or Turbo, again it depends on how far you want to go. Right out of the box, I would use the PI head. The reason is the faster burn, however you would need to build a motor around this. All out race motor, well again I would use the SVO head.
Nitrous, never really searched into that.
