try ebaymotors first, they have a lot of knock-off Ford racing or SVT styles and wheel + tire combos for decent prices. not all but some of the tire combos ive noticed have some cheapo tires though. discount tire's website has some good deals too, plus the in store they will price match a different store or other websites cost for same wheels (except for ebay or for used wheels of course). also see tirerack.com.
