Swapping 97 GT motor for 03 Cobra motor

Hey guys. I just bought a 2003 Cobra motor from a friend of a friend. Has 5000 miles on it and it's in perfect condition. Comes with transmission, wiring harness, computer, and clutch. He took $3600 for it!!! Coming from Ontario, Canada so it should be here in about 2 wks. I cant wait to throw it in my 97 GT. What do ya'll think about that price? Is the swap going to be very difficult? I've got a guy who says he'll swap em for $100 if I help him. Besides a 6 speed shifter, what else will I need to get my Stallion running? I need to know how much money I'm going to have to spend (approx) and what components i'll need to purchase

Wow, good deal...should just drop right in, but you'll probably need a new hood since the stock one won't clear the blower pulley...You might need a new driveshaft also...Sounds like you have pretty much everything else you need for the engine compartment though...Will it have exhaust manifolds on it? If not you'll need new ones of those since the GT's have round exhaust ports and the Cobras have oval ports...
