Swapping a c6 for a c4, whats needed?

I am finally getting rid of my c6 for a nice small c4 and I was curios what was needed for the swap. The car is a 67 coupe with a 289 and an 8". Will I need a new crossmember or drive shaft? I have a cable shifter so that wont be a problem. Thanks!

I dont think you will need anything. You MIGHT need a different crossmember, but I doubt it. Good luck.

You'll need the C4 crossmember. I think it sits further foward. I'm sure you'll need a longer driveshaft as well. The C6 is a couple inches longer then the C4.

You'll also need a different slip yoke for your drive shaft. C-4's are 28 spline, C-6's are 31 spline.

The flexplate will also be different on the C-4 if it has a 157 tooth bell housing.
