Hey all....Just wondering if anyone has ever swapped from a 2v to the 4v before and what all needs to be changed. Recently came across an awesome 4v and a buddy may help me drop it in. My car, a 96 Mustang GT, is pretty much stock and I was wondering if I'll need to change my Kmember, transmission, or any other parts, or if it will just drop in. I know I'll need to retune, or get a new computer, but I'm just concerned with the bigger parts. Can someone help me out and give a little input....Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks guys.

Do a search, its been discussed extensively. Normally most people will say its cheaper to blow a 2V than do a 4V swap but if you can get the motor cheap then go for it. With a 96 you would definetly have a sleeper.

Fuel system will need to be addressed as Mach is returnless along with ECU and wiring issues.

Yeah, I really want to get a blower, but the 4v engine only has 8k on it and it's going to be much cheaper, provided we don't run into major problems installing it that is.
