The point of the side moulding question, is there would be no reason to take them off if the car had the original paint. The kid keeps claiming the paint is original when it is clearly not. Yeah I look like an idiot why? Because I dont appriciate people who lie about their cars or people who dont listen. You sir are the one who looks like a moron since apparently you dont care if someone lies about their car to make themselves look better. Did I mention my car makes 8000hp to the wheels and is 100% street driven, I bet you think thats cool.

I am gonna have to go with pacecar on this one. The mouldings are a bitch to get off without scratching the paint so why would he do it unless he was about to paint it? The sail panels are also wayyyyyy too glossy, they should be a flat black. There are several ppl on here w/ 460s, the most popular probably being exploding gopher. I don't believe the 9XX HP numbers, now it would be more believeable if it was around 600 and 750 ft lbs with a stroker and ported heads, but just tooo unlikely. And whoever said the dyno thing is probably right, if he makes over 1000 hp why didn't he show it off with a sheet?

WOW 8000hp that IS cool. I bet you could really spin the tires on that car! Does it have a turbo?? It must to make that power. Do you need to run premium fuel for that? I bet it cost lots of money for gas!!! No?? Is it a big block? I bet it is. I thought 900hp was a lot, but 8000? that is crazy! Is it carbed? Do you have aftermarket control arms??? You should!!! I hope you have subframes in that car....welded too!! not bolted. I hope you upgraded your brakes....cause the older foxes have rather weak brakes and with all that hp you got. Scary!! My point was it is a cool car, probably not 900hp, likely has more miles, certainly had paint, should have a cage, could have fancier guages, would look better with nicer seats, needs lx tips. I am sorry if I offended you I was just making fun of the fact you used the moulding as an argument. I knew what you meant. Of course there would be no logical reason to have the trim removed if the body was untouched and I know from experience that the areas behind the moulding would look noticeably different than the other areas, plus in the back behind rear wheelwell section there would be holes I did not notice this on his car but if they are not there body work was the reason. So sorry to rattle your cage. If you want I will edit my post on your request. And just so you know while your car is nice and maybe fast I think you are lying about the hp.

Im still young but I know ALOT more than you since I have built a trophy winning and magazine featured car, I know about body work, engine building, wiring, and just about everything you obviously know nothing about.
Nope Im not lying about the hp it makes 8000 to the wheels and has 2 2.3l turbo 4 cylinders. lol. Sorry I took alittle offense to your post. There wont be holes where the mouldings were on that car becaue its an 83. 79-84 the trim was attached only by double sided tape.
